01 Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
02 Do you support annual billing?
Yes. We provide annual contracts and custom terms for larger teams.
03 Is a trial available?
Yes. We start with a pilot tailored to your document workflow.
04 Is an accountant a paid user?
An accountant with read-only access does not use a user seat if they only view and download documents or exports. People who create, describe, approve, pay, or reconcile documents count toward the user limit.
05 Does Altera execute bank transfers?
No. Altera can help prepare a QR code for a single payment or payment files for bank import. The user still approves and executes the transfer in the bank.
06 What does a bank connection mean?
It is read-only account data access through Open Banking. Solo includes 1 bank connection, Team up to 2, and Business up to 5 in the standard scope. Altera can import transactions and help reconcile payments, but it does not receive permission to execute transfers.
07 What are the OCR limits?
Mikro does not include OCR for cost documents. Solo includes 50 OCR/month, Team 150 OCR/month, and Business 450 OCR/month. If a company regularly exceeds the limit, we choose a higher package or individual terms.
08 Which exports are available for accounting?
Team includes standard file exports such as JPK, KSeF FA, Excel/CSV, and selected accounting formats where supported. Business covers heavier exports, Open API, and integrations configured with our team.
