Altera may engage external service providers to assist in delivering, maintaining, monitoring and securing the Services. The processing scope for each provider depends on active modules, client configuration and the way the system is used.
Not every technical provider has access to full client data. Some providers process only technical data, metadata, diagnostics or data required for a specific module.

Changes to subprocessors
Altera informs clients about planned additions or replacements of subprocessors at least 30 days in advance, unless a change is required for security, legal or service continuity reasons.
A client may object on justified grounds related to personal data protection. If the objection cannot be resolved, the client may terminate the service or module affected by the change.
